Nothing brings a community together like a central community center, and that’s why we’re so pleased to announce the new amenity center opening at Mantua! We first announced the coming of The Veranda North Dallas amenity center back in August of 2021. It’s a gathering place where all of our neighbors can come together for special events, hang out with family and friends, and enjoy resident amenities such as our resort-style pool. Here at Mantua, we see The Veranda amenity center as the entire community’s backyard, where we can all get together, have some fun, and get to know each other a little better.
If you hadn’t been following our regular construction updates ahead of our new amenity center opening, you might be wondering what you can expect at The Veranda amenity center. It’s built around a resort-style pool that features a kids’ splash zone, lounge areas, a pavilion, a playground, and much more—but that’s just the beginning! The Veranda is a perfect gathering place for community residents, and it’s a gateway to all of our many wonderful amenities here at Mantua, which include multi-age playgrounds, community gardens, and walking paths, to name just a few.
We can’t wait to see residents enjoying the new amenity center. We celebrated the grand opening on May 6th with a traditional crawfish boil complete with live music from a zydeco band, lawn games, sweet treats, and giveaways from some of our premier builders. If you missed the grand opening, though, not to worry. The Veranda amenity center isn’t going anywhere, and residents are welcome to come down anytime to start enjoying all that Mantua has to offer!
